Bill Gregory Scholarship
In 2008, San Ramon Valley Rotary Club formed the Bill Gregory Scholarship fund in honor of its founder Bill Gregory. who passed away. The scholarship was formed to continue Bills legacy by providing for students who show an extraordinary effort in community service and who have a real need for a scholarship. Each year, in April we provide a questionnaire and application to each of the school’s in the nearby area San Ramon Valley, Venture, Cal High and Monte Vista. We typically select between 3-4 students to be honored with the scholarship with each student receiving equal amounts between $1000-2,000. During the interview process the project is a team effort of approximately 8-12 members of San Ramon Valley Rotary Club.
